Total Gastrectomy with D 2 Lymphadenectomy for Adeno carcinoma Stomach
- Synchronous gastric lesions and I believe in radical surgery for malignancy when ever it is possible. - No consensus till date on total or subtotal gastrectomy for single lesion.
Good one..as it caries d good long term survival advantage...
ReplyDeleteBut ut looks like early gastric tumor..wasn't there enough margin for subtotal and jejunal anastomosis to cardia/ fundus..?
