patient was 48 yr male presented with sub acute intestinal obstruction. Found to be adeno ca transverse colon without metastasis. Lap rt extended hemi colectomy was done with 4 ports. All the vessels were ligated and transected after applying the vascular clips at the base. Patient discharged on 6th POD. Anatomosis was done extracorporeal hand sewn. Histology turned out T 3 N2 disease currently on chemotherapy.
